2006

Key Health Solutions founded, providing E&F Management, Biomedical Engineering and PFI Management.

2007

We achieved ISO 9001 certification, to give our customers additional confidence in the quality and consistency of our services. It demonstrates that our processes have been independently assessed against internationally recognised standards, supporting our commitment to reliable service delivery and continual improvement.

2012

We achieved ISO 14001 certification, demonstrating our robust processes to manage environmental impacts, meet compliance obligations and drive continual improvement.

2013

We joined NHS Framework agreements providing NHS organisations with an established procurement route to access our products and services, while demonstrating that we have successfully met the requirements of the relevant procurement processes.

2017

We achieved ISO 13485 certification, reinforcing our expertise in medical device quality management and regulatory compliance.

2019

We expanded our sales division and consultancy offering, supporting healthcare organisations with complex capital projects and service transformation programmes.

2021

We achieved ISO 22301 certifications, as well as carbon neutral status, supporting our commitment to sustainability, resilience and responsible business practices.

2024

We became partners with Hilditch Group to combine our strengths and deliver even greater value.

2025

We rebranded from Key Health Solutions to Key Health, introducing a refreshed identity that reflects our growth and evolution.
